This  stud  was  founded  in  March  2015  and  registered  in  July  2015  by  Daniel  Dempster,  trading  as  VA  &  AJ  Dempster,  by  the  purchase  of  one  ram  from  GLENLEA  PARK  POLL  MERINO  F.  No  1382  and  293  mated  ewes,  75  ewe  lambs  and  three  ram  lambs  from  BROOKDALE  POLL  MERINO  F.  No  1293.  In  January  2016  a  further  150  ewes  and  one  ram  of  The  Grange  &  Haseley  blood,  progeny  of  an  earlier  resigned  Karabein  Poll  Flk  270,  were  inspected  and  found  to  be  suitable  for  inclusion  in  the  stud  nucleous.
