This  stud  was  founded  and  registered  in  July  2009,  by  Lachlan  &  Delphine  Johnstone  trading  as  L.B.  &  D.H.  Johnstone,  by  the  purchase  of  26  ewes  (23  scanned  in-lamb)  and  12  semen  doses  from  LONGFORD,  Poll  F.  No.  1265  and  the  selection  of  49  ewes  from  the  flock  considered  to  be  of  stud  quality  and  approved  for  registration  by  official  inspection.
