This  stud  was  founded  in  January  1983,  by  RA  and  N  Johnson,  by  the  purchase  of  50  mated  ewes  from  GUM  HILL  Poll  FN352.  Twenty  two  ram  lambs  and  16  ewe  lambs  were  bred  within  the  stud  and  included  in  the  registration.  In  October  of  1994,  after  committee  inspection  792  mixed  age  ewes,  187  ram  lambs  and  184  ewe  lambs  were  upgraded  from  commercial  to  stud  status.  All  upgraded  stock  originated  from  the  GUM  HILL  POLL  FN352,  CHILIMONY-BOWES  FN706,  JIB  JIB  FN710,  PANLATINGA  FN2724,  SANDHURST  FN1758  and  YANJANOOKA  FN2915.
In  January  2017  the  stud  ownership  changed  to  Geoff  &  Karen  Poyner  t/as  Poyner  AG  with  the  purchase  of  more  than  75%  of  the  stud  made  up  of  14  rams,  487  ewes,  120  ram  lambs  and  215  ewe  lambs.  Approval  was  received  in  writing  from  former  owners  R  &  N  Johnson.  This  stud  was  resigned  in  January  2020.
