This  stud  was  founded  in  1911  by  GL  Hardie  by  the  purchase  of  30  CFA  ewes  from  ILLAREEN  FN161,  and  60  two-tooth  and  4-tooth  ewes  from  CONDEENA  FN227.  In  1954  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  a  partnership  comprising  AR  Hardie  and  his  wife,  Mrs  ED  Hardie,  trading  as  Wallinar  Grazing  Co.  In  1970  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  MA  Hardie  and  in  1974  he  took  Mrs  CZ  Hardie  into  partnership.  In  2000  the  stud  was  transferred  to  Jerome  A  Hardie.
