This  stud  was  founded  in  October  1987,  by  Astrik  Pty  Ltd  by  the  purchase  of  semen  from  the  studs  of  BOONOKE  Poll  FN1,  COLLINSVILLE  Poll  FN105,  HASELEY  Poll  FN275,  KOLINDALE  Poll  FN949,  MOORUNDIE  PARK  Poll  FN88,  OLD  COBRAN  Poll  FN32,  WILLANDRA  Poll  FN610.  Poll  ewes  were  purchased  from  HASELEY  Poll  FN275  and  OLD  COBRAN  Poll  FN32.  In  December  1989,  the  stud  was  purchased  by  Multiplex  Constructions  Pty  Ltd.  Mr  John  Roberts,  AO  is  the  principal  of  both  Astrik  Pty  Ltd  and  Multiplex  and  will  continue  to  control  the  stud.  In  1992,  50  donor  ewes  involved  in  an  embryo  transfer  program  were  flushed  5-6  times  to  produce  435  ewe  lambs  and  386  ram  lambs.  Since  1990  an  extensive  embryo  transfer  program  has  been  conducted  where  donor  ewes  are  inseminated  and  embryos  flushed  six  times  per  year.  The  donor  ewes  have  averaged  10  lambs  per  year  and  a  large  number  of  embryos  are  frozen  during  winter  and  transferred  the  following  year.  A  dispersal  sale  was  held  in  October  2006  and  the  stud  was  resigned.
