This  stud  was  founded  in  1949  by  GG  Barrett-Lennard  by  the  purchase  of  1  ram  and  20  ewes  from  ANLABY  FN102.  Later  in  1949  GG  Barrett-Lennard's  sons,  FBL  &  IBL  Barrett-Lennard,  were  taken  into  partnership.  In  1956  GF  &  I.  Barrett-Lennard  took  over  the  stud.  On  31st  January  1996  the  partnership  of  GF  &  I  Barrett-Lennard  was  terminated.  H  &  K  Barrett-Lennard  purchased  the  stud  from  the  old  partnership.  Resigned  as  at  April  2001.
