History
This  stud  was  founded  in  May  1970  by  J  McNeil  Martin  and  I  McNeil  Martin,  trading  as  Mt  Barker  Estate  by  the  purchase  of  1  ram  and  50  ewes  from  MERRYVILLE  FN56.  In  1985  JL  Martin  was  taken  into  the  partnership.  Resigned  November  2011.
