History
This  stud  was  founded  in  November  1961,  by  the  Oakover  Pastoral  Co.,  by  the  purchase  of  2  rams  and  60  ewes  from  WANDERIN,  F.No.1011.  In  1978  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  Avon  Banks  Partners  and  from  June  1989,  the  stud  ownership  changed  to  Oakover  Pastoral  Co.
