This  stud  was  founded  in  1908  by  AR  Richardson  and  Sons,  by  the  purchase  of  500  ewes  and  some  rams  from  BOONOKE  FN7.  Later  some  rams  were  purchased  from  the  same  stud  and  also  from  CANOWIE  FN111.  From  1914  to  1920  rams  were  purchased  from  ILLAREEN  FN161.  During  1918  the  property  and  stock  were  equally  divided  between  the  2  partners,  OP  and  RJN  Richardson.  In  1930  OP  Richardson  died  and  the  stud  was  carried  on  by  his  executors  until  the  end  of  1937.  On  1st  January  1933,  the  ownership  of  the  stud  was  transferred  from  the  Estate  of  OP  Richardson  to  Richardson  Bros.  In  1956  a  company  trading  as  Keith  Richardson  and  Co.,  took  over  the  stud.  As  of  July  1,  1993  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  a  company  trading  as  Mianelup  Grazing  Co.
