History
This  stud  was  founded  in  January  1968,  by  Brian  Johnston  and  Co.,  by  the  transfer  of  100  ewes  from  MERNA  FN1411.  These  ewes  were  the  progeny  of  MERNA  FN1411,  ewes  which  were  mated  from  1961  with  a  STRADBROOKE  Poll  FN168,  ram  and  LANGWELL  FN1019,  ewes  which  were  mated  from  1965  with  the  same  ram.  In  1967  a  ram  was  purchased  from  THE  BLUFF  Poll  FN112.
