This  stud  was  founded  in  December  1961,  by  PL  Bullock,  following  the  dissolution  of  the  partnership  of  LF  Bullock  &  Sons,  KOONYA,  FN275.  PL  Bullock  received  as  his  share  77  rams,  554  in-lamb  ewes,  140  ram  lambs  and  220  ewe  lambs,  these  sheep  were  sold  in  1962.  In  1966  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  PL  Bullock  and  Co.  In  April  1986,  the  stud  was  sold  to  PW  &  JI  Gardiner  of  Moora,  trading  as  Gardiner  Pastoral  Company  Pty  Ltd.  Since  1990,  the  breeding  strategy  has  been  refocussed  to  produce  premium  wool  types  and  embraced  full  pedigree  reporting,  performance  testing  and  visual  measurement  to  achieve  this  objective.  In  January  2003,  EDALE  FN4358  acquired  all  sheep  of  KARDELLA.  Though  beneficial  ownership  is  unchanged,  the  stud  is  now  owned  by  the  partnership  of  PW  &  JI  Gardiner.  Resigned  December  2002.
