This  stud  was  founded  in  October  1966  by  WS  and  BJ  Monks  and  named  TAKALARUP  FN3189,  by  the  purchase  of  two  rams  from  GLENROY  FN1083  and  70  ewes  from  RAMANA  FN1603.  In  1974  the  name  of  the  stud  was  changed  to  NALYA.  In  July  1990  the  entire  stud  was  sold  to  RR  &  A  Chittleborough  &  Sons.  In  February  1991,  half  of  the  stud,  NALYA  FN3189,  consisting  of  3  rams  and  248  ewes,  was  sold  to  Kallaroo  Down  Pty  Ltd,  trading  as  Siviour  Farms  and  was  registered  under  the  name  of  JAY  NAL  FN4510.  Resigned  as  at  June  2001.
