This  stud  was  founded  in  1943  when  CFR  &  LH  Baxter  purchased  1  ram  and  80  ewes  from  SHOOTERS  HILL  FN695,  and  1  ram  and  40  ewes  from  WOOLBEROO  FN850.  In  1957  CFR  &  LH  Baxter  took  TR  Baxter  (son)  into  partnership.  In  1961  TR  Baxter  withdrew  from  the  partnership  and  his  place  was  taken  by  HA  Baxter.  Following  the  death  of  CFR  Baxter  in  1974  the  stud  was  carried  on  by  Mrs  LH  Baxter  and  Son.  Resigned  March  2007.
