This  stud  was  founded  by  T  Anderson  about  1907  by  the  purchase  of  60  ewes  from  BOONOKE  FN7.  On  the  death  of  T  Anderson  in  November  1928,  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  his  son  N  Anderson.  In  1951  N  Anderson  took  his  wife  M  Anderson,  his  daughter  PB  Anderson  and  his  son  EP  Anderson  into  partnership  and  the  stud  was  then  carried  on  under  the  name  of  CONDEENA  ESTATE.  Later,  ACN  Anderson  also  became  a  partner.  N  &  M  Anderson  withdrew  from  the  partnership  and  in  1973,  ACN  Anderson  sold  his  interest  in  the  partnership  to  EP  Anderson  and  family  who  have  continued  to  trade  as  Condeena  Estate.  Until  1998  Condeena  Estate  was  run  by  EP  Anderson,  his  wife  EGB  Anderson  and  his  sons,  IN  and  SA  Anderson.  In  1998  the  Condeena  Estate  partnership  was  dissolved  and  the  stud  continues  to  be  run  by  Ian  &  Judith  Anderson,  trading  as  IN  &  JE  Anderson.  In  February  2010,  the  entire  stud  consisting  of  4  rams,  135  ewes,  35  ram  lambs  &  35  ewe  lambs,  was  transferred  to  Ian  &  Judith  Anderson's  daughter,  Sarah  Caporn,  trading  as  S.E.  Caporn  and  moved  from  Broomehill  to  Shackleton.  Resigned  Feb  2016.
