This  stud  was  founded  in  September,  1981,  by  Malcolm  Macdonald,  trading  as  Willalooka  Pastoral  Co.  It  was  originally  established  in  1968  as  F.  No.  3221  which  registration  discontinued  in  1974.  From  1981  to  1984,  7  rams  and  152  ewes  from  PANLATINGA,  Poll  F.  No.  794,  and  1  ram  and  202  ewes  from  GUM  HILL,  Poll  F.  No.  352,  were  purchased.  Since  1986,  there  has  been  an  intensive  AI  breeding  programme  using  semen  from  MOORUNDIE  PARK,  BO-LINDA,  BANAVIE  PARK,  TOLAND,  WALLALOO  PARK,  CHARINGA  AND  GOWANDALE.  As  at  31.3.1996,  the  flock  consists  of  98  rams,  470  ram  lambs,  1120  ewes  and  507  ewe  lambs.  In  January,  2001,  all  of  the  flock  was  transferred  to  LORELMO-WILLALOOKA,  Poll  F.  1280.  Resigned  15/3/2002.
