This  stud  was  founded  in  1951  by  the  late  P.L.  Puckridge  by  the  purchase  of  1  ram  and  34  ewes  from  COLLINSVILLE,  SA,  F.  No.  318.  Following  the  death  of  P.L.  Puckridge  in  1974,  it  was  continued  by  his  estate.  In  October  1979,  the  property  and  stud  was  sold  to  B.H.  and  M.H.  Daniell  with  the  exception  of  308  rams,  176  ewes,  28  ram  lambs  and  21  ewe  lambs  which  were  transferred  to  P.L.  Puckridge  Pastoral  Co,  PARTOUT,  F.  No.  3804.  4  COLLINSVILLE,  F.  No.  318,  rams  were  taken  over  by  B.H  and  M.H.  Daniell.  In  1985,  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  J.  &  M.  and  R.  &  C.  Daniell  trading  as  J.  &  R.  Daniell.  In  2001,  the  trading  name  changed  to  Daniell  &  Sons  Pty.  Ltd.  In  December  2001,  the  entire  TALLALA,  F.  No.  3854  was  purchased.  In  2009  the  White  River  studs  moved  from  Port  Lincoln  to  Minnipa.  This  stud  was  resigned  in  March  2024  with  the  entire  flock  being  transferred  to  WHITE  RIVER  POLL  MERINO  F.  No.  1371.
