This stud was founded in April, 1979, by A.D. Ashby and his wife, Mrs.D.C. Ashby, following the division of the partnership of W.B. Ashby and Sons, ASHROSE, F. No. 104. A.D. and D.C. Ashby received one twelth of the sheep comprising, 7 rams and 131 in-lamb ewes and 46 other ewes. Notification of resignation - 8/11/00.
