This  stud  was  founded  in  August,  1965,  by  T.A.  Murdoch  and  Sons  by  the  purchase  of  25  ewes  from  ANAMA,  SA,  F.  No.  103.  In  September  of  the  same  year,  2  rams  and  30  ewes  were  purchased  from  RYELANDS,  F.  No.  915.  A  ram  purchased  in  September  1964  from  DONARA,  SA,  F.  No.  1859,  was  taken  into  the  stud.  In  1977,  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  V.R.  and  J.M.  Murdoch.  In  November  1999,  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  D.T.  &  H.M.V.  Dalla,  the  daughter  and  son-in-law  of  V.R.  and  J.M.  Murdoch.  In  2018  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  HMV  Dalla  and  J.D  Dalla  (son).  In  2024  100%  of  this  stud  was  transferred  to  J.D  Dalla  and  moved  from  South  Australia  to  Victoria.
