This  stud  was  founded  in  1949  by  J.  and  F.  Sullivan  by  the  purchase  of  44  ewes  from  ASHROSE,  SA,  F.  No.  104.  In  1951,  the  partnership  was  formed  into  the  present  company  trading  as  J  &  F  Sullivan  &  Co.  In  August  2021  stud  ownership  was  restructured  with  co-owners  Robert  &  Celia  Sullivan  trading  as  Sullivan  Willalo  Pty  Ltd  and  James  &  Fiona  Sullivan  trading  as  J  F  H  &  E  Sullivan.  In  March  2024  the  entire  stud  ownership  was  taken  on  by  Robert  and  Celia  Sullivan  T/as  Sullivan  Willalo  Pty  Ltd.
