This  stud  was  founded  in  January  2000  and  registered  in  August  2001,  by  Noel  &  Lyndsay  Henderson,  trading  as  Avington  Farm  Pty.  Ltd.,  by  the  purchase  of  51  semen  doses  from  CROMARTY,  F.  No.  4777  and  the  transfer  of  50  ewes  from  AVINGTON,  F.  No.  4902.  This  stud  was  resigned  in  December  2023.
