History
This  stud  was  founded  in  March,  1954,  by  the  estate  of  R.P.  Lord  when  100  ewes  were  selected  from  VICTORIA  DOWNS,  F.  No.  100,  and  mated  with  a  poll  ram  of  the  same  breeding  and  a  ram  purchased  from  BURENDA,  Qld,  Poll  F.  No.  21.  The  progeny  of  the  above  mating  were  in  turn  mated  with  a  ram  purchased  in  1956  from  BOONOKE,  NSW,  Poll  F.  No.  1.  In  February  1972,  the  stud  was  transferred  to  L.S.  and  M.N.  Roberts.  In  July  1984,  W.N.  &  N.M.  Roberts  entered  the  partnership  which  now  trades  as  L.S.  &  M.N,  W.L.  &  N.M.  Roberts.  In  2000,  the  trading  name  changed  to  M.N.,  W.L.  &  N.M.  Roberts.
