This  stud  was  founded  in  December,  1989,  by  Stuart  Pitson,  trading  as  D.A.,  J.D.  &  S.C.  Pitson,  by  the  purchase  of  1  ram  from  WILLANDRA  POLL,  F.  No  61,  1  ram  from  ONE  OAK,  Poll  F.  No  408,  and  51  ewes  from  ROSEVILLE  PARK,  Poll  F.  No  976.  26  ewes  were  also  inseminated  with  26  doses  of  semen  purchased  from  ROSEVILLE  PARK,  Poll  F.  No  976.  On  the  death  of  Stuart  Pitson  in  1993,  the  partnership  continued  as  J.D.  &  S.C.  Pitson.
