This  stud  was  founded  in  July,  1966,  by  H.R.  Mann  by  the  purchase  of  66  ewes  with  47  lambs  at  foot  from  GRANITE  HILL,  Vic,  F.  No.  2620,  9  of  which  were  previously  purchased  from  COLIBAN  PARK,  F.  No.  2406.  A  ram  was  purchased  later  in  the  same  year  from  MERRYVILLE,  NSW,  F.  No.  56.  In  May  1968,  Mrs.  M.M.  Mann  was  taken  into  partnership  with  her  husband.  In  November  1985,  the  stud  was  transferred  from  Langley  to  'Ghera',  Caramut.  In  1998,  R.W.  &  E.M.  Mann  were  taken  into  the  partnership  and  trade  as  H.R.  Mann  &  Sons.  In  October  2003,  J.R.  &  M.M.  Mann  &  T.  Murphy  were  taken  into  the  partnership,  which  continues  to  trade  as  H.R.  Mann  &  Sons.  Resigned  November  2009.
