History
This  stud  was  founded  in  1881  by  Robert  Jamieson  by  the  purchase  of  179  rams  and  495  ewes  at  the  dispersal  sale  of  the  Hon.  T.F.  Cumming,  STONY  POINT,  Darlington,  Vic.  In  January  1956,  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  R.  Jamieson.  In  June  1972,  the  stud  was  purchased  by  his  son,  Robert.  In  July  1990,  Robert  Jamieson  Jnr.  took  his  son,  Clive,  into  partnership  trading  as  Stony  Point  Partnership.  Resigned  December  2015.
