History
This  stud  was  founded  in  July,  1988  by  Mr.  and  Mrs.  S.  De  Kantzow  and  Mr.  and  Mrs.  A.R.F.  Calvert  with  the  purchase  of  55  ewes  and  a  Triumph  family  ram  from  WINTON,  F.  No.  Tas.  1.  The  partnership  was  dissolved  in  1990  and  the  stud,  trading  as  Rokeby  Merino  Stud,  is  now  controlled  by  Mr.  &  Mrs.  A.R.F.  Calvert.  Subsequent  additions  have  been  made  from  MERRYVILLE,  F.  No.  56,  and  HILLCRESTON,  F.  No.  1263.  In  1992,  an  interest  in  the  Rokeby  Stud  was  sold  to  Walter  Merriman  &  Son  and  now  trading  as  Stirling  Partnership.  Resigned  June  2016
