History
This  stud  was  founded  in  December,  1978,  by  Old  Cobran  Pty.  Ltd.  by  the  transfer  of  10  rams  and  1,000  ewes  from  OLD  COBRAN,  Poll  F.  No.  32,  the  purchase  of  3  rams  from  ASHROSE,  SA,  Poll  F.  No.  191,  and  3  rams  from  POLLVILLE,  SA,  Poll  F.  No.  488.  In  1979,  the  stud  name  was  changed  from  OLD  COBRAN  No.  2  to  McDONALD-COBRAN.  In  1981,  the  family  adopted  the  trading  name  F.N.  McDonald  Pastoral  Group.  In  1993,  the  stud  was  purchased  by  Frazer  Downs  Pastoral  Pty.  Ltd.  and  the  name  reverted  back  to  OLD  COBRAN  No.  2.  In  June  1999,  after  company  restructuring,  the  trading  name  was  changed  from  Frazer  Downs  Pastoral  Pty.  Ltd.  to  Old  Cobran  Pastoral  Pty.  Ltd.
January  2014  all  sheep  transferred  to  Old  Cobran,  Poll  F.  No.  32.  Resigned  March  2014.
