This  stud  was  founded  in  1958  by  C.T.  Dyson  and  his  wife,  Mrs.  S.M.  Dyson,  by  the  purchase  of  1  ram  and  20  ewes  from  WARRAMBEEN,  Vic,  F.  No.  1709.  At  the  same  time,  ewes  were  selected  from  the  CLEAR  VALE  flock  which  was  founded  in  1947  by  C.T.  Dyson's  father,  A.H.  Dyson.  C.T.  Dyson  took  over  the  flock  in  1953  and  took  his  wife  into  partnership  in  1958.  Rams  were  used  from  NORTON  CREEK,  F.  No.  1693,  CHATSWORTH  HOUSE,  F.  No.  2734,  and  WARRAMBEEN,  F.  No.  1709.  Due  to  the  death  of  C.T.  Dyson,  the  stud  changed  ownership  to  Moondarra  Pastoral  Company  Pty.  Ltd.  On  23rd  June  1989,  Owen  C.  Dyson  purchased  the  stud  from  Moondarra  Pastoral  Co.  Pty.  Ltd.  Resigned  November  2000.
