This  stud  was  founded  in  July,  1977,  by  S.W.  Walters  by  the  purchase  of  62  in-lamb  ewes  from  WOBURN  PARK,  NSW,  F.  No.  2458,  (formerly  WOBURN,  Cooma).  In  January  1978,  a  ram  was  purchased  from  MERRYVILLE,  NSW,  F.  No.  56.  In  January  2003  the  Middleview  Partnership  was  established  with  the  partners  being  Sidney  William  Waters,  Judith  Walters,  Graham  Robert  Walters,  Mikala  Elke  Walters,  Ross  Anthony  Walters  &  Susan  Danielle  Walters.  In  2005  the  ownership  transferred  to  Graham  Robert  Walters,  trading  as  G.R.  Walters.  In  2007  the  ownership  changed  to  Bob  &  Mikala  Walters,  trading  as  B.  &  M.  Walters.  Resigned  June  2014.
