This  stud  was  founded  in  1992  by  Australian  Rambouillet  Sheep  Co.  Pty.  Ltd.  by  the  transfer  of  333  rams  and  458  ewes  from  Embryotechnology  (Aust)  Pty.  Ltd.  In  September  2001,  the  stud  was  sold  to  Bob  &  Andrew  McFarland,  R.W.  McFarland  Family  Trust,  trading  as  Oxley  Station  Pastoral  Co  Pty  Ltd.  Resigned  01/12/2003.
