This  stud  was  founded  in  1953  by  V.R.  Stilwell  when  he  obtained  12  ewes  from  the  partnership  of  H.E.  &  V.R.  Stilwell.  Several  of  these  ewes  had  previously  been  purchased  from  HILLTOP,  NSW,  F.  No.  807,  the  balance  being  their  progeny  by  a  SYL-KEN,  F.  No.  807,  ram.  In  the  same  year,  a  ram  was  received  as  a  gift  from  the  latter  stud.  In  1993,  V.R.  Stilwell  took  his  daughter,  Mrs.  Mavis  Florence  Spicer,  into  partnership.  This  stud  was  resigned  in  December  2017.
