This  stud  was  founded  in  1944  by  A.W.  Cameron  by  the  purchase  of  1  ram  and  75  ewes  from  UMBERCOLLIE,  Qld,  F.  No.  99.  In  1952,  A.W.  Cameron  took  his  sister,  Miss  M.M.  Cameron,  into  partnership,  trading  under  the  name  of  Cameron  and  Co.  In  1958,  M.M.  Cameron's  share  was  transferred  to  A.G.C.,  E.  St.  C.  &  E.E.  Cameron.  In  1972,  A.W.,  E.  St.  C.  &  E.E.  Cameron  sold  their  shares  to  A.G.C.  Cameron,  who  took  his  wife,  J.  Cameron,  into  the  partnership  &  continued  to  trade  as  Cameron  &  Co.  In  2011,  the  ownership  changed  to  Will  &  Maree  Cameron,  trading  as  W.A.  &  M.B.  Cameron.  Resigned  June  2014.
