This  stud  was  founded  in  March  1998  by  Matthew  D.  &  Beverley  F.  Gill  trading  as  S.  R.  Merinos  by  the  purchase  of  26  ewes  from  JEMA,  F.  No.  4851,  13  of  which  were  A.I.  in-lamb  from  STOCKTON,  F.  No.  3564  and  7  of  which  were  A.I.  in-lamb  from  ROCKBANK,  F.  No.  3699.  A  further  7  ewe  lambs  were  purchased  from  JEMA,  F.  No.  4851,  in  June  1999.  Resigned  13/9/2000.
