This  stud  was  founded  in  January,  1991,  by  Hurstmead  Pastoral  Co  Pty  Ltd  by  the  purchase  of  9  rams  and  115  ewes  from  GRATHLYN,  F.  No.  1885,  74  ewes  from  MERRIGNEE,  F.  No.  4417,  and  85  ewes  from  MERRYVILLE,  F.  No.  56.  Resigned  September  2005.
