This  stud  was  founded  in  August,  1966,  by  Errol  James  Duxson  by  the  selection  of  960  ewes  from  the  GLENDEMAR  flock,  and  the  purchase  of  2  rams  from  WILDAMAR,  F.  No.  2526,  33  ewes  from  WANGANELLA  ESTATE,  F.  No.  84,  and  30  ewes  from  BUNDEMAR,  F.  No.  11.  E.J.  Duxson  had  commenced  his  flock  in  1940  when  he  obtained  ewes  from  his  uncle,  G.H.  Maunder,  Wallaloo,  Vic,  and  mated  with  rams  obtained  from  BUNDEMAR,  F.  No.  11.  G.H.  Maunder's  flock  had  been  commenced  about  80  years  previously  with  ewes  from  WARRANOOKE  ESTATE,  Stawell,  Vic,  rams  from  BUNDEMAR,  F.  No.  11,  and  MERRYVILLE,  F.  No.  56,  being  used.  From  1961  to  1965,  a  total  of  8  rams  was  obtained  from  BUNDEMAR,  F.  No.  11,  whilst  in  1965,  30  ewes  were  obtained  from  WANGANELLA  ESTATE,  F.  No.  84.  In  2002,  the  ownership  of  the  stud  changed  from  K.M.  Duxson  to  D.A.  Duxson.  In  May  2010  the  trading  name  was  officially  confirmed  as  Glendemar  Pty  Ltd.  Resigned  December  2015.
