This  stud  was  founded  in  1958  by  R.C.  Duncan  by  the  selection  of  300  ewes  from  the  purchase  of  500  from  WARRANANGA,  NSW,  F.  No.  2028,  made  in  1957  and  1958.  These  ewes  were  mated  with  rams  of  the  same  breeding.  In  addition,  150  ewes  which  were  part  of  the  progeny  from  the  above  mating  were  included  in  the  stud  together  with  1  ram  from  WARRANANGA,  F.  No.  2028,  purchased  in  1958.  In  1978,  R.C.  Duncan  took  his  wife  and  son  into  partnership,  trading  as  Dunedin  Park  Proprietors.  In  January  1995,  20  rams,  400  ewes  and  3,000  doses  of  semen  were  transferred  to  R.C.  Duncan's  son,  B.D.  Duncan,  when  he  withdrew  from  the  partnership.  The  partnership  now  consists  of  R.C.,  M.I.,  S.K.  &  W.A.  Duncan.  In  July  2011,  ownership  of  the  stud  was  passed  to  S.K.  &  W.A.  Duncan,  trading  as  Dunedin  Park  Stud.  Resigned  March  2012.
