History
This  stud  was  founded  in  February,  1921  by  J.R.  Gibson  by  the  purchase  of  4  rams  and  127  in-lamb  ewes  at  the  dispersal  sale  of  MURGHA,  NSW,  F.  No.  437,  stud.  On  the  death  of  J.R.  Gibson  in  1941,  the  stud  was  carried  on  by  his  executors  until  1943,  when  it  was  transferred  to  Max  R.Gibson.  In  1968,  the  stud  was  taken  over  by  a  company  trading  as  Croidon  Pastoral  Co  Pty  Ltd.  On  10th  December  1989,  all  stud  ewes  and  ewe  lambs  were  burnt  in  bushfires.  A  portion  of  unclassed  ewe  hoggetts  running  with  flock  were  also  burnt.  95  ewes  were  then  classed  into  stud.
