This  stud  was  founded  in  May,  1953,  by  Coreena  Stud  Sheep  Pty  Ltd  by  the  selection  of  117  ewes  from  COREENA,  F.  No.  660.  These  ewes  were  mated  with  2  rams  purchased  during  the  same  year  from  BOONOKE,  NSW,  Poll  F.  No.  61.  This  stud  was  resigned  in  December  2021.
